Due to the advance multimedia content that is used to create our eZine and the vast number of platforms and software versions available, some users may experience difficulties viewing this product. Please see below some FAQ’s that may offer solutions to the problems you are having.

PLEASE NOTE: The eZine is a PC ONLY product.

1. When I open the PDF it fills the whole screen, how do I quit?
You can quit by pressing the ‘escape’ key on your keyboard. Alternatively you can toggle the view from the PDF using the ‘Toggle’ button and then quit out of Adobe Reader as normal.

2. The PDF will not open correctly in Adobe Reader.
This may be occurring because you do not have the latest version of Adobe Reader. To install the latest version click here to visit the Adobe site and download it.

3. No Movies play at all!
This is probably because you are viewing the PDF on a Apple Mac. The eZine uses Windows Media Video in order to keep file size down, this unfortunately is not supported on a Apple Mac. The eZine is PC ONLY.

4. The pages are appearing blank!
There are a number of compatibility reasons that this can be happening. Please ensure you are viewing the PDF in Adobe Reader and that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader. To install the latest version click here to visit the Adobe site and download it.

5. The video look distorted
This could be because you do not have the latest version of Window Media Player installed. To check and/or update your version click here to visit the Microsoft site.

6. How can I view the eZine on my PSP?
Firstly download the PSP version of the eZine. Unzip the file and read the readme.txt file that is included in the folder.
